ABOUT ME

I am a proud military spouse and mom to two busy kids. I started my ADHD Parent Coaching practice with one goal in mind: to help parents create calm in their home, connected relationships with their children, and a sense of peace in their journey with ADHD.

My background in education and coaching, combined with my personal interest in helping others find their strengths and motivations, has propelled me to share my coaching experience. I want to help you parent the child you have and meet your child’s unique needs so your family can thrive.

I’d love to help you find your way through the chaos and onto a new path of calm and connectedness. 

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Focus

    It all starts with learning about ADHD and the science behind the diagnosis. We will focus on the issues you are seeing in your home, and how we can find pathways to success.

  • Reflect

    Next, using ideas based on the Calm and Connected Parent Training program, we will talk about different strategies you can start to implement in your parenting style that are actionable and achievable.

  • Refine

    The last step? We learn how to continually refine what you’ve learned in each session. Think of this as your better parenting journey—remembering it’s a marathon, not a sprint!
